You experience so many different emotions when you lose
someone or something you love:
| You're confused | Distressed |
| Angry | Not sure where to turn |
| Not sure what's happening | Uncertain about life |
Each group consists of six weekly meetings from 7:00 - 9:00
pm.
The cost of each six-week group is $40.00, and scholarships are
available.
Grief always involves a complex mixture of feelings - feelings that are sometimes in conflict and are often unpredictable. Feelings of emptiness and helplessness, frustration, guilt, loneliness and fatigue can be overwhelming.
